Hand and Stone

The location closest to me never has openings and the people that answer the phone there are rude everytime I call. And I haven’t had a great massage at other locations in quite some time.

It was good. I felt that they did fine. I asked for a sports massage and just got deep tissue. It was good though.

Therapist too chatty. I prefer to change into a robe and sit in a quiet room prior to my service to wind down. I love fruit flavored waters, coconut water is awful.

Have been to other places that are more serene.

For the cost, I’ve been to better facilities. The reception area seemed crowded and was loud and felt like not much attention was given to cleanliness- dusty. The massage room was pleasant and the music was nice but I just felt like there was no area to decompress or enter into a spa like state of mind. The therapist was kind and kept to the appointment schedule but I felt like she tried to initiate a lot of small talk. I didn’t mind a few small conversations but really just wanted to be quiet, close my eyes and enjoy the massage. The therapist spoke of her medical ailments quite a bit which was a little inappropriate.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the massage therapist. And lastly the massage felt great for me and my wife!

I was satisfied with the whole experience. We had never been to a Hand and Stone Massage so we were not sure what to expect. Compared to other massage places this was great.

The massage therapist did exactly what I asked for it was a great experience

It was fine, just a little late due to so many questions at check in

Feels like a rotating door of people who work there. I have had appointments messed up twice now. And when I find someone I like they end up leaving to go other places.
