I am totally satisfied; I wish it was a little longer. My therapist was pretty great.

The massage therapist was perfection. I believe his name was Martin and he was very friendly, personable, and flexible (I was late). The administrative staff were helpful when I had to call and inquire about moving my appointment time. The only thing I would offer as constructive feedback is this: I purchased the CBD add-on due to the pain in my upper back and my assumption CBD in this scenario was used topically for relief. Indeed it helped with the pain but when the massage first began, I caught an awful scent which I am thinking was the CBD oil. It was overwhelming offensive on the nose. Fortunately the smell eventually dissipated. I’ve used topical CBD of all strengths. Some have had a small scent that was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but this one was very much not pleasant at all. Again, the did smell lessen as the service went on, or I simply got used to it therefore I wouldn’t even call it a negative part of my massage experience. I was and am still entirely satisfied with services rendered and only mention the smell for the opportunity to explore alternative CBD oils with a less aggressive scent.

The service area had a lot of people in the lobby. I don’t like how they ask if you want to leave gratuity outloud I feel like this should be asked via iPad. Also there was a kid hanging out in the back and she kept taking the iPads to play on. Which resulted in the iPads not being available for use by customers.

The massage therapists have been hit or miss. I have had a hard time finding a therapist that I like and want to come back to. Many of the therapists at this location have a tendency to want to talk to me through the entire massage, but I am there to relax and don't know how to tell them I don't want to talk without being rude.

Appointment started late, but therapist was knowledgeable and attentive once she started.

This was my first time there and my first facial, and I really ever give anybody highly satisfied because people/businesses always have a room to grow.

Services were outstanding! Very upsetting that our spa appointments were cancelled the night before our scheduled spa day! If I had done that, their would have been a fee. My daughter flew in a day early just for that & then we had to wait until Friday, My Himalayan Stone treatment was no longer available & although I agreed that I'd settle for just hot stones...I didn't receive those either. All services we did receive were outstanding! The front desk and scheduling are the only reason that we were not highly satisfied.

There was a loud banging that kept happening in the room next to me during my appointment.

My last visit was scheduled for 2pm.I got there a little b4 2pm. I got into the room after 2 but my massage was over by 2:53. Explain to me how I get in the room after 2, my massage is suppose to be an hour and you finish 10-15 minutes b4 my hour is up. She ask me where she needed to work and I said all over, but she only worked on my back mostly, a little on my legs and none around my neck and shoulder areas. I was dissatisfied and this wasn't my normal person, and I had inquired about this person b4 I said okay to her. Next time I'll just wait on my person to schedule, also I had a death in my family and was trying to reschedule but I was told bc I didn't call b4 24 hours that they would charge me the full price for less than 24 hours cancelation, death doesn't have a time line so I just went ahead an came on anyway. Rather than lose a whole payment which I didn't have it was best.

I was satisfied with most of the visit. I liked my therapist and she was very friendly. I did wish she would have put more pressure on my knot that I pointed out. No hands and no feet were rubbed at all. Hands left dry, feet left dry… I had to go get a pedicure after to feel like I had a leg massage. I really wished I had booked deep tissue. I did not find there to be a value in such light pressure for pain relief. I would like to reiterate again that I did like my therapist as a person - but very little relief achieved. Too expensive for little relief but I appreciated the service of my nice therapist.
