It was great. We were on vacation in Texas which is the only reason we won’t be back in 90 days.

When I booked the appointment, I set up an introductory facial with discounted price. I recieved call the day before telling me they didn't do those on Saturday and I would be rescheduled for more expensive facial and the time was moved up 30 minutes. The website needs to be updated if they do not accept these visits on Saturday. Also the receptionist was new and struggled getting me signed up for a package going forward. I hope it is set up correctly, we will see when the first payment is due.

The session started late. One hour massage was more like 40 minutes. Happened quite often.

Your web site allowed me to schedule and introductory rate which I did to celebrate my birthday: right price, time, and day. Unfortunately I rec'd a call saying I had to change my appt due to the location not accepting intro pricing Fri- Sun. That should be changed or noted on the site. I selected my scheduled time for a reason. I was disappointed I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the company.

This is not applicable I am satisfied and excited for my next appointment in July.

Everything was fine but i have a sensitive iband sometime the regular massage can hurt, which is really just a me issue as a medical issue not an issue with the therapist.

I had a 9am appointment and the door to the store was still locked at 8:58. I tried calling three times and no one answered. I understand the store doesn’t technically open until 9, but if there are going to be 9am appointments, the lobby should probably open 10 minutes early or so. That stressed me out before the massage, but everything about the massage was great. Frandore was amazing!!

Took multiple tries to get someone on the phone while trying to book.
