Everything was fine but i have a sensitive iband sometime the regular massage can hurt, which is really just a me issue as a medical issue not an issue with the therapist.

I had a 9am appointment and the door to the store was still locked at 8:58. I tried calling three times and no one answered. I understand the store doesn’t technically open until 9, but if there are going to be 9am appointments, the lobby should probably open 10 minutes early or so. That stressed me out before the massage, but everything about the massage was great. Frandore was amazing!!

Took multiple tries to get someone on the phone while trying to book.

It was actually the month prior where due to a charge that was made on an old card AND having to fill out iPad that I wasn’t going to have enough time for my appointment so it was cancelled. I was not charged for the cancellation though.

At booking online, it was not stated that my therapist was more than other therapists. It is unfortunate because as a first time to try, I would have loved to find someone who was in the price range I expected. That being said, Jason is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.

Waited awhile and was told it would be made up for in room. Massage did not last an hr. Wasn’t worth paying for a couples massage because all that meant was there were 2 beds far apart in the same room.

No further reasons other than the ones previously mentioned...1) products cold when applied during massage. 2) I get charged more for my monthly subscription than my best friend

First time going did not have a great experience. Unprofessional for a couples massage, second time I had the best experience and I am highly considering a membership.

I didn’t have an appointment but when I walked in the receptionist was nice and willing to find an appointment to suite my needs. I was able to make my appointment with ease.
