As long as Zabar is employed at this location I will be a patron.

The massage did not sufficiently help me with my problem areas. The therapist did focus on those areas though! It just so happen that it did not have the intended effect.

The basic massage is too expensive. My husband was charged an extra $20 for a deep tissue which he wasn’t aware that it cost even more money We will look for a more reasonable priced facility in the future

Firstly, I waited 15 minutes to be seen. Then, when we were paying at the end, we were told something was “wrong with the computer” and so we had to pay the full price of a regular appointment. When I was a first time customer, promised $69.99 coming in. Not sure what went wrong with the computer.

I feel like the massage therapist was looking at his phone several times throughout the session. He had one hand on me but I could tell he was not focusing on the massage. Movement was uncoordinated and jerky. He may have had an emergency and was responding to a text? It was a very last minute booking so I appreciate the accommodation but I will probably not return.

A therapist that I have been using for a couple of years has left. So, attempting to see find one that I can use routinely.

My Massage Therapist loves her job and looks forward to coming in every day.

I was not informed that I was being treated with an upgrade to the regular facial experience that would cost money. I didn't find out about this until I was checking out and asked for an additional amount for the upgrade. I was not asked if I'd like to pay more for an upgrade to my treatment or told I was receiving something that cost more than the facial.

I do not like massage oil and it was way too much. Also was not offered a towel or anything to wipe it off

The massage tech had a rough spot on his hand which was uncomfortable because it scratched me occasionally during the massage.
