The facial was AMAZING! The massage, not so much. While the masseuse was skilled, she talked the entire time. What was supposed to be a highly relaxing time, wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped. I know some people like to talk during their massage, but I was never asked if I preferred it or not, so I wasn’t given the opportunity to opt out of conversation. She was extremely nice, but I would’ve preferred to have quiet time and the ability to recharge during my massage.

The headrest unattaching is uncomfortable. Toxic smell of febreze in the restroom.

The service itself was GREAT (highly satisfied). But the online app for scheduling didn't work for me. The receptionist was new so wasn't really able to explain how the packages work for add ons. I have a lot of packages built up and need to use them. Seems like I get a different answer from everyone about how to add on using packages that I have built up.

When you giving a massage don't rush through the massage yes it felt good but you couldn't enjoy it because they were rushing focus on the area that they talk to you about

I think it’s ridiculous to pay an extra $40 for a couples room, especially when my daughter is a minor & cannot technically be in a room by herself.

Chairs in waiting room are very close together and a customer in the waiting room was VERY CLEARLY ILL but was unmasked and rubbing snot all over her sleeves. My massage therapist was great, but I heard doors and cabinets slamming in the adjacent room the entire time so I could not relax completely. I feel bad for my massage therapist because it will cost her customers and she does not deserve that.

I booked a 90-minute session online for a Friday appointment. When I checked in, the attendant said you are here for a 90 minute deep massage session. However, the massage therapist ended the session after 60 minutes. I told him I had booked a 90 minute session and he said he would check with the front desk. He came back and said it was only a 60 minute session. When I checked out the attendant said the system automatically changed me to 60 minutes since it was the weekend. I had received no notice about this. I found this to be very disappointing.

I booked a massage for a friend and myself. When I booked the massage I told the receptionist that I was going to use one of my packages on her. My friend was done before me- and was asked to pay for the services. I am NOT happy. I know there's nothing that can be done now- but embarrassing for me.

Application of pressure could have been better. Massage time was about 40mins.
