Trying to schedule over the phone is a nightmare every time. Always goes to VM or hold music. Have to make several calls to finally get a person. This happens ALL the time.

I've just had a better couples massage.

Therapist was excellent!

The raising of my membership fee is unfair. I’ve been coming monthly because the cost was reasonable. Now your raising it $20 more and I’m probably going to have to cancel.

I don’t know. All the specialist do facials different so you never know what your going to be getting. Finally found one that’s great so I’ll be scheduling her from now on.

Had to remind her to change her pressure. Was hard for her to maintain the same pressure throughout. She did target my trouble areas I wanted to focus on but wish she would have spent more time on them.

There was nothing wrong, it’s just a matter of finding the right massage therapist.

My experience was not horrible at all…my massage person was nice and did a good enough job - but I heard her yawn a few times.

There was not many options in products used, i felt like it was the same lotion used everywhere instead of personalizing the lotion based on the users needs. Full Swedish massage should include a little bit of face massaging too. Felt rushed when leaving because I was disoriented and needed a moment to “wake up” from being in the dark room. Also, I signed up for 1 hour massage and received a 45 minute massage.

Value for money wasn't worth it for me. I requested firm pressure which the therapist confirmed, but pressure was not firm.
