My visit was pre-paid, but the receptionist was unable to find the paperwork. I was charged in full for this visit.

Although she did only massage upper body the main spots where I needed the most were not her main focus. I will return and try someone else.

Booked introductory rate massage online - was told that rate couldn’t be applied on saturday, so I think the website should have told me I couldn’t book that. Additionally I booked a 50 minute massage and an additional scalp massage (which both were great) but I was out in less than 50 minutes and I had assumed it would have been over 50 minutes with both.

The massage therapist was Amazing!! No one answers the phone at this location. No confirmation my online appointment went through.

No face/head massage was included in full body massage. My massage also ended early. I was walking out the door with 7 minutes left of my hour.

The price was way too high for the services provided. I enjoyed my facial very much. I would have liked the areas of concern given more attention. More extractions were needed. I really liked the look of my face afterwards. In general I was very satisfied!

My therapist was friendly and he kept the talking to a minimum which is great but I feel like he could’ve used the hot stones more.

I’m not sure why I checked in and sat down with other guests then approached and asked for my vaccine card. The lady waited for me to pull it out and check it. The man waiting with me said he left his in his car, she said “it’s ok, I believe you”. I’m confused. Clearly, I’m vaccinated, but I’m actually pretty put off that I was asked for it in the first place. If you’re going to require it then require it for everyone and give a heads up. Probably won’t return even though Tanisha was amazing. Seemed like the counter lady had some weird power trip or something.

I was satisfied with my experience. I’ve been to more expensive facilities that had more benefits, pools, teas and snacks, grounds to stroll, etc. so it’s a bit hard to compare, but for the convenience and money spent I was satisfied with my experience. My therapist was very nice and considerate. This was a good experience. Thank you.
