I booked a 90 minute session but it was changed to 50 minutes. Was not happy about that.

The therapist did not focus on my lower back like I had asked and I feel like she was just rubbing and not applying pressure to my back and legs and feet. The message started at 5:09 and ended right at 5:50 or sooner. I felt it was a rushed process

I came in on 5/5 for a message - everything was fine. I asked the receptionist to terminate my membership. After some attempts to keep me on my membership, I told her I wanted to just cancel for personal financial reasons. She said I would receive an email with the termination agreement - I have yet to receive that agreement. She was struggling with getting my email correct but I think she finally got it after I wrote it down for her. I completed the same request online today 5/6 and still have not received it. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP! Thank you.

I think I need a firmer massage to get at some of my deep tissue issues.

Hand and stone massages are overpriced compared to other massage companies.

When you schedule a prenatal massage online you can schedule with therapists who do not do this type of massage. It is frustrating picking a date and time and then having to reschedule since the system allows this error.

My initial appointment had to be rescheduled to a different day and time that was not ideal.

Overall I was highly satisfied. I had a difficult time making my appointment with the online system. The people and the facility was great!

My only complaint was solved. Due to not being able to schedule out simular times for my wife and my self we had to have me sit and wait an hour so more available times would have been nice. While waiting my massage therapist was not going to make it on time due to horrible traffic and I was asked to reschedule my massage that I had been sitting for an hour in the lobby waiting for, so that was definitely a downer. But the therapist made it in time with 5 minutes to spare and I was able to receive my treatments as scheduled. In the end it all worked out and the services where great but the up and down before hand was definitely not relaxing.
