i was able to unwind and have pressure relieved from my muscles during this visit. I loved the relaxation and the ambiance I had while at the spa as well. I even joined for a monthly plan after receiving my massage, since it was such a great experience.

The receptionist spoke clearly on the phone when I made the appointment and in person, I am hearing impaired and I often have challenges understanding audible communication. She also took notes when I explained problems with the online forms. I am a male and I could not submit because I did not fill out the pregnancy questionnaire. Ying was the massage therapist and provided one of the best professional massage experiences and I hope to be able to schedule her for my next visit.

Ying the massage therapist was extremely friendly and did a great job. She asked what type of massage I wanted. She checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable.

From the reception to the exit I felt welcomed and comfortable. My therapist took time to understand what I really wanted from my massage and make me feel relaxed, safe and heard.
