This was a very nice experience. There was no waiting, the receptionist helped explain what I needed to fill out on the iPad, and within 5 minutes I was being led back to the massage room. The massage therapist used perfect pressure for what I requested, and knew what she was doing on requested areas of concern. Overall, I was very pleased.

Everything was smooth. I thought it was clean. The therapist was awesome.

Easy to make appointment with the therapist of my choice. The appointment was not cancelled by Hand & Stone, like what consistently happened at the Fairview/Allen location.

I love my facials from her. She knows my skin well and chooses the right facial each time.

I came in with back pain and presented that as an issue to my therapist Paul. H worked on my lower back to where I did not have any pain when he was done and as I write these words over 24 hours later, I still have no back pain!

The therapist was awesome!! Best massage I have ever had!
