This is a wonderful massage business. My massage therapist is over qualified and exceeds my expectation every time I have an appointment. The ambiance of the environment is most peaceful. I will continue to come to this Hand and Stone business as long as Rachael is working here.

Alex is very humorous and straightforward. She makes me relax pretty quick. She always checks to make sure the pressure is ok. At the end of the session, she goes over stretches and the like to help keep my muscles moving and flexible.

I was very close to canceling my membership. My last few massages have been very mediocre at best and VERY skimpy on time. To the point that I decided this wasn’t worth a monthly membership. I’ve found two therapists that I liked, but both have left. I haven’t been overly satisfied with my last few massages, and I’m tired of having to try new therapists. I decided to go ahead and squeeze in my November massage before I cancelled and I am so glad that I did! I tried someone new and had the best massage. Everything about her was perfect. This month was by far the best experience that I’ve had since JoJo left (who was the reason I joined a year ago). For the first time in months I’m actually really looking forward to my next massage!!!! She was on time, very professional, used plenty of lotion so her hands glided perfectly, and even had a discussion with me afterwards about some of my problem areas and things I could do to help out. I’m sorry that it took me this long to find her, but I’m so glad I did... Alex is magical.
