The receptionist is always welcoming and friendly. Rachel always asks how I'm feeling, about any changes since our previous session, and any areas of concern. She is always able to answer any questions I have. I can tell she is knowledgeable, experienced, and enjoys what she does.

Hand and stone offers a great service that gives me flexibility in receiving massages on schedule! I’m able to customize my massage as well in regards to pressure & additional amenities!

The environment was very relaxing. Freda was very nice and took good care of me. I felt like the introductory price was great and enjoyed that I didn't get pressured to buy anything or sign up. I was asked but no high pressure. Good job!

The service and ease of everything start to finish from booking the appointment to the appointment itself and then leaving is top notch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!
