Hand and Stone

This was very first massage ever. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable, she explained what I needed explained very well and I was made to feel very comfortable. She was very soft spoken which was calming in itself.

Hand & Stone is the best, from the moment we check-in, the massage, and checking out. Always made to feel welcome, the massage therapist listens, and we are never rushed during check-out. I particularly love that we've been going to the same massage therapists for almost a year now! Retention rate is high, and it makes it even better knowing we have our favorite therapist every time.

The receptionist is always very friendly and welcoming at the Murphy location. Rachel is always sure to ask about specific areas of concentration I want or areas to avoid (per my request). She is thorough, considerate, and friendly. I always look forward to my monthly visit with her.

Therapist was great. He used just the right amount of pressure and knew what he was doing. The ambiance was awesome and very relaxing.

James worked the exact area of concern, educated me on the possible whys, and suggested stretches to help.

Massage therapist was very good. Put that I was highly unlikely to return as I don't live in Texas.

The receptionist is always so courteous and friendly, greets me by name every time I walk in. It’s always so easy to book an appointment. I love my therapist Kevin. He’s very polite and knowledgeable, asks what areas he needs to work on and does a great job at alleviating the pain.

Rachael, my massage therapist, is superb. She has learned where my trouble spots are and makes sure that adequate time is spent on them.

Freda was great. She listened to my needs and made it a great experience. Relaxing and effective for my pain. Can’t wait to see her again!
