Went in for facial added microdermabrasion and tried to use my credits. Very disappointed that I lost my $9.95 on one of my credits. I think that being a member I should not lost any money if I have paid monthly and have not been able to go every month. I think the way Hand and Stone handles that is wrong.

I enjoy being a member & being able to call & make an appointment & usually get the services I want within a day or two. I have had several different technicians who have given facials & massage & all have been knowable & professional. Overall I would recommend Hand & Stone to any of my friend & family.

Dylan is AMAZING! I won't go back to the ADdison location (where my membership is) because I have never had a great massage there. Totally love Dylan's massages and I will keep coming back to se ehim.
