I arrived 5 minutes late and was immediately taken back to the room. The therapist still gave my my full time which was much appreciated as I was at fault for being late.

I was able to get an appointment within three hours of calling and requesting a massage. I requested therapist focus on calves due to a cramp and lower back which she took care of and brought relief. Therapist recommended use of BioFreeze which she applied to affected areas at start and end of massage which also helped significantly.
