These owners are visable, energetic and so nice. The staff is young and likewise. These owners hire high quality masseuses since they actually practice themselves and know what to look for. The facility is spotless with a lot of 'touch of home' additions that someone brought added in. These owners provide beverages and home made snacks.

I received a hot stone massage by Cynthia and she was great and very polite. The massage relieved the tensions in my legs and neck, I definitely recommend this massage for anyone who experience post-workout soreness. I also received a facial by Brittany and she was awesome. My face felt refresh after the service.

My massage therapist talked too much during the massage and tried to make conversation

I was satisfied - just a little too much pressure was applied. The therapist asked at the beginning and I said it was fine, but later during the massage too much pressure was applied until it was almost painful

Expensive for any additional appointments. Also, the cupping machine used for ny daughters massage didn'ti work properly yet we were still charged extra for it.

The treatments gave me pimples and red dry skin.

When I went to check out there were two receptionists and one was on the phone. The one not on the phone told me to wait for the receptionist on the phone to finish and she’ll check me out. So I stood there waiting while the other was just on the computer. Then the receptionist got off the phone and said “oh am I checking her out?” It made me feel like they weren’t concerned with me waiting there. Also I wish there was a way to add gratuity in the computer without me having to tell the receptionist to add it

Experience was satisfactory. Nothing provided warranted a “highly satisfied” grade.

My massage was top notch. Loved her! My facial person was very hyped up when she entered the room. Was all wound up about being new this location and all the products and system changes she needed to make it up to her standards. Was glad I had my facial before my massage or my goal of relaxation would have been ruined. Made me very nervous. Also tried to sell me on a gazillions products and services. Would not request her again.
