1) The massage therapist did not introduce herself when she came to retrieve me from the receptionist area 2) When the therapist came to get me from the receptionist area she was walking to way too fast to the room and I had to figure out where to go 3) She scratched or was digging her nails in me a lot while giving the massage she needs to cut her nails down

You never know what a person has to go through to get to your services. More detailed information of my medical history was requested than I had thought, it took a little longer to fill out the paperwork. I heard the masseuse loudly whisper “oh my God!” when she asked if we were ready to the receptionist. It was three minutes past my start time when I had finished the paperwork, other than that, everything was top-notch, for that reason I would book another appointment on a different date Kindness matters, as well as professionalism. If she could keep that in mind, it would be greatly appreciated by your customers who have already had a very tough day. Both my husband and I enjoyed the massage and will try to come again in the future

The massage was fine, but did leave me more sore and bruised the next day. The massage therapist was friendly enough. There was an unpleasant smell for some of the session but overall it was fine.

Aroma therapy was not noticeable. Hot stones were too hot causing me to flinch each time it was applied. Therapist assumed that I knew what to do when this was my first time. Process could have been explained to me by therapist.

Everyone is always very nice. Each therapist has different strengths. I’ve never left disappointed. This therapist had looked over my notes before I came and had prepped the room to accommodate me. Maybe that’s why appointment started a few minutes late. He did give me all my minutes!! I don’t really get over satisfied 🫤 Please bring back the mints.

The only reason I'm not highly satisfied is because I feel the estetician. Put too much pressure on my face. And I have redness kind of like a rash on my face in multiple areas

I’ve had my membership for years and it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever had. I even took a picture of the counter top. The linens had a bit of a smell as well. Other than that the experiment was fine.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I have a tendency to stray away from extremes, so I don't often pick the highest or lowest choices on surveys.

No establishment is completely perfect so I chose satisfied. I will continue coming to this location because I enjoy the services and the people who work there are all very nice.

I filled out the paperwork explaining what specific areas I needed work on. The therapist also asked me what I needed. I then Verbally explained I needed work on my forearm for tendinitis pain. She just said ya ok so full body massage? I said no just upper body. I asked again halfway thru if she could work on my arm and she said yea I have to turn you first. She pretty much just did her routine giving each area an equal amount of time including the area I asked repeatedly for specific attention. This may be a language barrier issue, but I didn't complain because overall the massage was relaxing, just wish my arm got attended to. So I'm not sure if I'd come back or not.
