The receptionist is always way too loud and condescending. She came into my massage room in the middle of my service and tried to talk to my therapist. It was jarring.

I have yet to experience other masseuses. Overall I’ve had great experiences with no issues

I like the typical massage better than the stones

I have two issues. 1. I'm not able to login and book online. H&S does not provide any type of technical support. I've tried to get this corrected for over a year. 2. I don't appreciate being charged extra for the couples room. There wasn't an extra charge until a new owner took it over. This tells me that this location is only concerned with making money off me because there is no room charge for other rooms.

The receptionists were very, very loud- Shouting (literally!) out totals and tip amounts. I was not pleased by their lack of situational social skills. Chairs in waiting area were all cracked due to wear. The lobby was filled with Christmas trees in July? It was all out of whack. I was surprised as usually all hand and stones are neat, clean and have a good ambiance upon entering.

After I got into the room, my therapist returned about 5 minutes later, however she finished promptly at 9:50, so I only got 45 minutes of massage instead of 50. I was ready within 1 minute of her leaving th e room for her start, and also only took maybe two minutes to dress at the end, if not less.

It will be great if you all can hire more professionally trained massage therapists who can perform well with deep and firm pressure for deep tissue massage to help relieve chronic pain.

My husband purchased a gift card. He was charged regular price for massage. It only indicated that it was for Himalayan Salt massage. When I went to book, I booked for the introductory price since it was my first time there and they would not allow me to use the gift card at my discretion. It was basically they tipped themselves 100.00. For that reason alone makes me not want to go back.

The 60 minute massage seemed shorter than other places I have received massages. The products used did not seem as high end - the oil did not have a scent or did not go on as smoothly. I was told to reuse the towel on my neck to clean off - other places have offered a fresh one. The massage was overall good and she was very responsive to my request to lighten pressure, just wasn't as good of a massage as I've received in other places.
