I had my first ever facial at this visit. The aesthetician gave me a recommendation for an acne boot camp person to follow on Instagram, along with $120+ products that I should buy from this person. I have mild adult acne. She did not tell me what she used from the salon during my appointment, and got water all over my neck and in my ears during the dermal fusion. She did not tell me what she was doing during each step other than telling me that she started with a cleansing oil. Extractions started without notice. I would try another facial, but definitely not with her.

I have had a lot of massages in my life and I would not rate this one very high. The amount of dedication to the areas needed, the amount of pressure, and how often the stones were used.

The front desk ladies were super sweet and made you feel like family. Very clean.

I will need more time and more experiences at hand and Stone before I give a score of highly satisfied.

Everything for the most part was great. I was completely satisfied. However, the intake forms were super confusing and made me feel like my privacy was not being respected. I had to call to clarify and then come in before my appointment to fill them out with the receptionist so that I felt comfortable with signing some of them. Not all of them were needed, but the intake process online doesn't pick or choose...it just gives you all of them - regardless if you are having a message or just a facial. Additionally, while I enjoyed my facial very much and would do it again with that esthetician, I believe that the cost wasn't comparable to the service. I feel like all the add-ons make it a bit more pricey than other spas. Finally, the website isn't completely accurate...it says that there is a waxless option for waxing, but no one could explain to me what that was. Additionally, I don't believe the site says what products are used. I only use Dermalogica, and I didn't know the spa used that until I called to make my appointment.

I have had about four or five favorite therapist to do wonderful massages and all of them have left. Every time I find a new therapist to use, they leave. The therapist that did my last massage has been there the longest, and I am grateful that he has stayed, but unfortunately, he is not as good as others. He is also not as bad as many others have been – which is the reason I didn’t say anything. His massages are average.

I am trying new therapists as my previous ones have left your employ. I have not yet found someone who has the exact touch and demeanor I like.
