Hand and Stone

I booked online originally but they called and said the system booked it differently. I had to give her all my info again as i thought she would already have it. I did ask for a female massage therapist and got a male, but it turns out it was ok. I likely will be back.

I want to be able to use “banked” massages any way I choose, ie, split one in half to attach more time for a massage. I’ve already paid for it, so I should be able to do that. 50 minutes is not enough time.

Difficult to book my monthly appointment due to only one therapist on site at the location I visit. May consider alternate spa due to this issue.

Concerned about the viability of the business. Seems everyone is leaving.

The last few times that I have come in to get specific demologica medibac products, they have not been available. I also feel that this location can not keep goos facialist. It sounds like there is only one at my location. Makes me wonder if there is an issue with management or something else on why this is.

Due to COVID, the hand and stone in Murphy have lost their good female massage technicians. It is important for clients who prefer female technicians to have that options available to them or they will go elsewhere.

There are only two massage therapists available so you have to book three weeks out. My schedule changes with work and this is not good for me. I may need to change stores.

I felt my message therapist was unfriendly and made for an un relaxing environment. He asked almost no questions concerning what I needed and what did not want.

I used two of my hour sessions and I was in and out in an hour and 24 minutes.

It was a little hot in the room when getting massage could have been a smell incorporated without charging extra. Just the little things that matter.
