I had 4 packages on my account and usually someone recommends how to combine them to best utilize them, but no one offered until the end when I asked about it. I wasn't offered additional services during my massage like stones, aromatherapy, etc, which I usually am offered.

I had just left work to make my massage appointment. I have been a bit stressed. Mr. Luke was my massage therapist and he did a great job. But after my massage, I wanted to relax a bit and reflect, but I felt I was rushed to get out. Which was not relaxing at all. If a person pays more than $100 in your establishment, there is no way they should be given the bum's rush.

It was just okay I’m gonna give it more time to see results from the facial and massage therapist to see if I want to continue it was just okay and I’m looking for exceptional

I had a massage and a facial. My massage with Dillion was one of the best massages I have ever had, and I would like to continue to schedule with him. My facial irrated my skin so badly that I had little red bumbs all over my face by the time the facial was over. The product burned my skin and I can tell that over the next several days my skin will be pealing. I have had many facials and even specialty facials and this has never happened before, so I will likely not be returning for a facial. I am very disappointment with the results.

I have been to this location several times and I still can’t find anyone that I am totally crazy about coming back to again and again.

I requested a deep tissue massage. The massage felt great but was certainly not deep tissue. It was more of a relaxation massage. I will be back but will request a different therapist.

After my therapist left and I tried another one, I was disappointed in the lack of consistency in the massage I received versus what I’m used to receiving.
