I feel like I really didn’t get a massage with my facial, I feel like the skincare product was only applied on my face. I’m a professional esthetician for over 20 years and I do Facial massages. But I will have Facials again and try another facialist.

could have ask if I had any specific areas I wanted attention too.

Quality of service

My facialist Amber quit, and have been unable to find another I really like. Now my most FAVORITE massage therapist Sylvana is leaving. It's really hard for me to find someone I like in the times I'm available. Very sad.

I think the membership should cover more services or the add ones should be less expensive.

I wasn’t asked about add ons. It is hard for me to find time to use my membership so when I do I like to use one of my packages for add ons and that option wasn’t offered to me.

She was a little firm with my massage when I asked not so firm since I wanted relaxation. Too much pressure in areas

Other places available for lesser price. Not possible to break down credit points even if more than 2 credits left on account. A little more massage is good for facial. Overall satisfied and highly satisfied with a 4.5 stars for Laura.

Compared to my last massage was not satisfied at all. Told the therapist the same as I told the one the last time my trouble areas. Loved my theopist the first time she did amazing this time the therapist was awful in my eyes a waste of money.

the only spas where I got previous nasssges were in Las Vegas NV where I lived. I was comparing your spa to theirs. I think your sos is fine for my needs though not great.
