Hand and Stone

We were not informed that an adult needed to attend with me being a minor. My mother was told it would be fine if I came by myself. She had to unexpectedly come up to the store.

I was surprised there was no shoulder or hand massage during the facial. That is a typical part of the service almost anywhere you go. Also, she spent probably 5 minutes during my time cleaning things off in the sink. I felt like that was something that should be done after the client leaves, not during the service. Also, I used a astringent cloth to clean my face before bed (about 4 hours after my appointment) and I was surprised how dirty it was considering I had a facial and then came home. I had not put anything else on my face during the time inbetween.

First experience with this service. Skin was quite tender with long lasting redness for more than 24 hours after facial. On return visit, will chose a different treatment and re-evaluate.

Door on massage room opened during my massage and no comments were make about the disruption during my massage after my therapist or receptionist

My appointment didn't start on time and my massage therapist didn't spend enough time on my lower back. I told her at the beginning of the massage to focus on my lower back.

i went there for a facial . but she was try to remove blackheads from my forehead and it has left it wounded..

I was highly satisfied. The only reason that I may not keep my membership is because of time constraints. I don't get to use it as much as I'd like. I do wish there were consistency across the board with what massage is done with a facial. For example, the last time, the therapist did a head massage in addition to arms, hands and feet. The person this time did not go in depth as much in the same amount of time.

Neither receptionist nor tech seemed to know how to deal with someone who hadn’t had extra facial services before (peels, etc). I was expecting recommendations. Pretty much had to drag the information out.

Reception area was warm when I walked in. It is hot outside and I expect indoor to be cooler. Reception area is not very inviting and not conducive to filling out paperwork for membership. I felt the employee can't complete my request. She said she would need someone else to apply points to my referral. I don't know if that has been completed. No confur.ation was given.

I've had massages at some of the best spots in the world; difficult comparison. But Keith rivaled the best massages I've had!
