Took a while to book the appt on the phone due to a "slow system". Upon using my GC for the massage, it was difficult for the staff to figure out how to process it.

I would prefer different massage oil. Something that smelled more spa like, not cooking oil.

The massage therapist seemed to work around the area where I had pain, but never directly in the area. I was in more pain trying to get off the table than when I left. I didn't find him to be very personable, so addressing it at the time didn't seem to be an option. I was explaining to him an area to avoid because I had never damage and I told him I know it was a random area for that type of damage. His only response was "Random? Okay." It was just odd because everyone else there is so personable. He also had really bad breath.

Constant up charging for services. Not the best overall facial. No hands or feet massage, few minutes of neck and shoulder (only because of up charge) service.

I told the asthetician I wanted extractions and she seemed excited to help but she told me after that the products she used for cleansing had broken up all the blackheads I had. My face felt wonderful but I still had a lot of blackheads. She never even looked at my face with the bright light. She just said they were all gone.

No full leg or gluteus massage to help the lower back tension and the lotion had a scent. Other than that it was a really nice and relaxing massage with a good music choice and nice level on volume, pretty sure I dozed off a time or two. A good experience and Cynthia was super nice and had a very soothing flow to her hands. Her hot stone techniques were very good almost seemless as she changed stones, there is almost always a disconnect with a therapist as they change stones, Cynthia was very good here. There were lots of positives and I was satisfied overall.

The introductory offer was extremely unclear, and should have been explained at the point of booking that the offer would only be available if i signed up to a membership program. if i had promoted this offer like you have in the line of business I am in, it would have been a violation of a law. I would suggest being more forthcoming with the charges the consumer is expected to pay. (and not on a separate page from the tagline). Poor advertising.
