Ok but they charged us two times for our stay

This was our first stay. We chose this hotel because it is on the river. We were not able to get a room overlooking the river because the ones with two queen beds were sold out. Breakfast was good with fresh berries as part of the selection. We had a room by the elevator (306) and I wouldn't recommend it because of the noise. Our room key stopped working a few hours after check in and we had to go to the front desk after we got locked out on the porch outside of the lobby and locked out of our room too. Overall, we would return to this hotel and ask for a quieter room.
