Great atmosphere

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it took over 3 minutes for someone to let my children into the hotel around midnight Friday. The card wasn't working properly and the person on duty said they were SLEEPING totally unacceptable

The hotel was clean and well-maintained inside out. The breakfast that was complementary was good tasting and had a decent variety of food. The staff was professional and most were friendly. My only problem was that I had used my H honors account to pay with points I was not given an upgrade that I should've been.
