the staff were horrible and the bathrooms were gross.

It was clean. Many open machines and good selection of drinks at the bar.

The hotel room was bad. The shower didn't work. Some plugs weren't working. There was pizza left in our fridge. The hallway and elevators were hot and smelly. I'm not impressed.
