I took my roommate to the Firestone at Greenbrier in Atlanta Ga. The experience was horrible. The guy that we dealt with wasn't very clear and didn't speak with understanding. He wasn't listening to our concerns and didn't answer any of our questions. So we left and went to another one who took better care of our needs.
