Enterprise Rent-A-Car

my car and I were in an accident. the party that was at fault rented me a car until repairs were made.. Enterprise garden grove was great.. they picked me up and 15 days later took me back and did not leave until I got my car and knew it was all done a safe for me to drive. I give and beyond yes. yes . yes. will I be using them again when it's time to go on vacation? you betcha. thanks a million for making a really bad and difficult time easy.

Not enough people working for the number of people waiting for help!!

When I called to warn them that I was gong to need a car I asked if they could pick me up in the car that I would be renting so that I would only have to attach my daughters car seat one time. The guy that picked me up did not do that and I had to attach, disconnect and attach again my daughters car seat into another vehicle. I was not mad just annoyed that I had to do that when I had asked that they bring the car that I was to rent since attaching the car seat is kind of labor intensive. Maybe next time they'll remember.
