Great place, what we needed was a little too expensive for how much we wanted to pay

I went in because my tire pressure was low. They checked my tires, added air, checked for leaks and/or nails, and didn't charge me anything.

I was the only person in line but it took a long time to get 'checked in'. After completion of my brake job my wheels were making a lot of noise so I had to return...that took nearly 2 additional hours. Overall my car was there for about 6 hours total to get only rear brakes....much too long.

My oil change took forever, almost 2 hours. Many cars came and went while I was waiting, and I only had a basic oil change. The guy working the front counter has a presentation that made me think of a 'used car salesman'. Have always had speedy service here but today was anything but, and no apology or explanation for the wait.
