I enjoyed my stay. The check in was a little tough but we got it. They had the wrong person on the room. The housekeeping staff was excellent and they should be commended! The bellman were very helpful and nice. I thought the buffet was very good.

The Westin Convention Center had a beautiful atmosphere - unfortunately the tub wasn't as clean as we would have liked but everything else lined up. I don't recommend room service - we had bad service, long waits, small portions and very expensive.

Undergoing lobby renovation so it's hard to comment on the atmosphere. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are getting a bit shabby.
