Polite staff at the door and lovely upgrades to the lobby

very clean and a great staff. good restaurant in the lobby and nicely located to local attractions. Beds in my room are way too small, no free WiFi. elevators take getting used to wroth no buttons inside and I had to keep a room key plugged in to keep the lights on. lastly my room key had to be replaced because it stopped working

The elevator system suck
