National Car Rental, Houston Hobby Arpt

It was the first time I had rented a vehicle. The staff were friendly but nothing extraordinary.

1 person on duty for 2 companies with multiply people waiting in line.

Waited a little while for a shuttle then there were two places to get off which was really confusing.

Not a greatest experience

Very disappointed in the lack of vehicles. No purpose in having a loyalty program when you don't have vehicles to accommodate it

I was unable to rent a car .... Because I live in Houston ! Makes no sense to me . But maybe it was for the best . I went to Buget rental car & got a better deal & service . I guess u have to be from out of town to receive good customer service at this business .
