Wow. What a nice property. And the staff was incredible! The gentleman at the desk was so helpful and informative when I checked in Mon night. The server, Liz, at the Knotti Mermaid was also very helpful and intuitive.

Beautiful location. Smaller Westin than I'm used to, but it was originally designed as a condo building. Due to condo layout, excellent rooms with decent appointments. Cleaning could be better but ok. Pool is a disappointment since this has become a hotel. Lax security has resulted in non-guests and children running amok at all hours, disrupting those of us here to relax. Police were actually dispatched at one point.
