It wasn't my intention to visit Firestone today. I was referred there by some WalMart employees. I wasn't too excited to hear that I needed to purchase a tire because it was too damaged to be patched; however, the employee, CJ, was great! He was really friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. He even explained in detail why it wouldn't be a good idea to patch the tire. Although they forgot to rotate my tires, as I'd requested, he owned up to the mistake and identified a plan to fix it. Overall, it was a great experience. Firestone has gained a new customer.

I went for service but they were too busy to squeeze me in. It was s Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
