Very clean rooms very prompt room service and a friendly staff

The staff was very hit or miss. Most were not greeting with a smile and generally seemed very stern. The AC in the room didn't function and I was told that the central heat had been turned on for the season. Overall the hotel is in a good location and seemed clean. I would consider staying at that location again. This was not however as positive as my previous crowne plaza experience.
