Went in for an oil change & came out spending way more :( Alignment wasn't done right so I went back but they told me to make an appointment for another day 'cause they were too busy :( Guess $300 wasn't enough I spent to be taken care of.

Good company but this one in Galveston is kind of shady. Don't check right & add stuff that's not needed.

I went in for a realignment. For some reason they didn't do the job right the first time. I waited too long which I have an appointment tomorrow after work for them to fix it.

The employee that works in the front always has an "I'm better than you" attitude. He's not friendly not helpful.

Firestone is overpriced. Came in expecting to spend less than $100, ended spending 10x the amount on something they claimed the previous mechanic did with my oil gasket cap. Not at all happy about that.
