Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) TX

I was at Alamo rental. Clerk was busy and by himself. There was a kisosk but didn't really know how to use it

The car was smokey but otherwise fairly clean. There are some stains on the roof as well but nothing that is terribly bothersome. The desk staff was great. The parking lot pickup and return staff seemed pretty sketchy and spoke broken English. When I got into the vehicle, I quickly got out and went to tell him that the car was smokey and I wanted to put that on my pre-rental inspection form. He didn't seem to completely understand me and then told me I could smoke in it but if anyone asks, just don't tell them I did. I explained further and then he realized what I was asking. He allowed me to fill out the form further and I was on my way. He was nice enough to guide me around a corner though.
