The staff was very kind, and it's a beautiful hotel, but it is very challenging to find your rooms with misleading signs. A 2 minute walk turned into a 20 minute one. Also, I had put my checkout time as 8pm on the sign in sheet, and I had put the privacy tag on the door, but I had housekeeping knocking and I told them my checkout tim was not until 8pm, and that's no big deal. But then an hour later I received a call asking me what my checkout time was, and I told them over the phone as well. Which would've been no problem, but I was trying to sleep because I am a flight attendant and I was trying to get some rest before working all night. After ending the phone call with the front desk, housekeeping was at my door a little while later asking me yet again when my checkout time was. I was very friendly with them, and they were very sweet to me. It was just a little frustrating.
