Tonie with security was awesome. We had a little health scare and she handled it fantastically. Everyone else was pleasant. I was not thrilled with our housekeeper. She did not supply all the towels needed. Did not take out the dirty dishes and was extremely loud in the hallway. Was on her cell phone more than once.

so the room my family stayed in was the room the a newly married couple stayed in and they trashes the room so the entire time we were their the room smelled. the hotel tried really hard to fix it but was unable too. the best thing about the hotel was the concierge, Amanda Marks, she was amazing. she helped make what could have been a really bad trip really awesome. she make great suggestion for places to go and things too do. thanks too her I had a wonderful time in savannah!
