Was very satisfied with the services performed however, the front desk person ( Mike ) was not customer oriented and came across as rude and non communicative. The lady ( don't recall her name) was very professional and helpful.

I failed my inspection that took over an hour even though it was dead. the actual inspection took over 20 minutes. we also got an awkward call where they thanked us for getting our inspection sticker and we told the lady we failed and she just said ok bye...
