when i arrived i let them know what I needed done. I spent 2 hours there before my car even got taken back, sat there another half hour the lobby was packed and cold (in the middle of November ) my husband went out to get the car, the kids and i came out after. the employee who brought my car out did not tell my husband what was done, or even what he found wrong with my tire.. we had to ask what was wrong with it and they dis not replace my sensors like they had told me they would do for the last year (because they broke 2 of them when they rotated my tires the last time I was in
