San Antonio Zoo

It was a great place there were a lot of animals I wish I could have seen but they didn't have. Like a gorilla or a giraffe but there was none. And I found out the carousel was open till 6 not 5 and it was upsetting because I could've gone at 6 instead of rushing they should close on time or change the map!

Too crowded, the grounds were dirty, staff inattentive

Bigger animals need a bigger exhibit

I went to zoo lights and there was a part that was super dark and just had a glowing cat or something. There was no one there really and it looked like the employees were freezing once I talked to one they sounded like they weren't thrilled about zoo lights

Zoo boo was a total let down. There were lines for everything, very few areas of the zoo open and very few animals to see in the areas we were allowed to go.

Zoo boo was not that great despite the weather the zoo wasn't that fun you couldn't really see the animals and the child's games could of been better

Was not satisfied!!!! The zoo has only one of each animal. Did not have several animals at all!!! Houston zoo has several of each animal. Will not be going back to this zoo!

Didn't like our Zoo Boo experience and we come every year for a few yeas in a row. The lines were out of order, no control of aggressive visitors (we've seen quite a few strange individuals like they were drunk!), the zoo stuff/vendors were extremely greedy with the little guests (I have a bigger one and my child was still upset - for 2 tickets to play even with the good result - hit 3 of 3, etc - they were given 1 (one!!!) small candy like tootsie or something similar and it was the same with different games, was it done on purpose so visitors would play more? Well it didn't work: my child left upset, so as our friends with 3 children, today I spoke to our classmates - same story: kids left upset with the empty bags. I personally wouldn't recommend out sa zoo boo to anyone with kids, very unpleasant experience and we've been waiting for it since last year.

need to make updates and have a more interactive experience. the exhibits were lacking and the staff was few and far between.. and the ones we did encounter were quiet or not too friendly.
