Someone came to talk to me as soon as I got out of my car. I had the warranty so all I paid for was the price of the warranty on a new tire. They originally had to special order my tires so I wasn't surprised they didn't have it in stock. The person helping me picked out a replacement tire that had similar tread and a good reputation. They also rotated my tires while I was there. Very happy with the service. If I had any complaint, it would be that it takes a long time for them to do their work on the computer. There is always a line to check in.
