Discount Tires offers free air check and I took advantage of this service as I have many times. They also inspected my tires and we're not pushy about trying to sell me tires even though I need them.

Great job. Our rep was the best we are from New Braunfels Texas. He was the best his name was Rusty. He was the best!

My "low tire pressure" gauge alerted that I had a low tire. I usually can get my air pressure checked and resolve the issue right away. This time they appeared to not be able to prioritize with the customers that were on property with their customers that were on the phone. We were there almost 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us. There is a place to pull up to only check air and everyone there must not have known what it was there for because it only takes a couple of minutes to check the air then move on to your next customer. I have been there on a holiday weekend and have still only had to wait a few minutes. And I wouldn't have minded waiting if someone would have at least acknowledged us and was honest with us.

Quick help from staff but there is always over an hour and a half wait. There were only three options of tires to purchase and all were not around my budget for the quality provided.
