I came in for a tire rotation and balance I had an appointment they got me right in. After removing the tires had found that one of them had a defect or had been damaged in someway unknown but it was balding and needed to be replaced. Luckily they had the tires in stock and I was able to get the tire replaced under the warranty that I had purchased the road hazard warranty they replaced the tire rotated the tires and was out in less than an hour. I purchased a new road hazard warranty for the new tire and it was just that easy
