Service desk attendant put the wrong name on the paperwork, guy who did the service work was smoking right before getting into the vehicle, staff wasn't very friendly.

Had nail in tire made appointment at 11 finally got up at 11:45 and asked how much longer they had not even looked at it. Person went out looked at it said could not be patched and they had no tires to fit it. I then drove down the road to Harris Tire where they removed nail and patched the tire. I did not understand why they never looked at it till I said something when I had made an appointment. I had bought tires here in the past but they just lost a customer. I will never go back they lady at the counter was rude and not helpful at all.
