We arrived late and have a corporate rate and the hotel staff immediately changed their attitude and insteAd of treating us like guests they treated us like we were bothering them and they had to grab all this paperwork and kept reiterating "well you don't really have a choice because your room is so underpriced " WHO SAYS THAT!? I think your customer service is wonderful to its guests but you need to work on the relationships the concierge create with traveling Marriott employees using their corporate rate. Not welcoming at all and I'm not even surprised because it happens almost every time I stay in a Marriott.
