Tires are overpriced and alignment is too expensive

Needed to purchase a certain tire as I recently bought a set from here but they didn't have it in stock so I had to come back the next day after my tire was delivered. I did come back and got my tire but they still did not perform all the services because they said "It would take too long" probably won't be back unless I need a new tire again and even then I might say forget it and get a different tire just cause I really did not like the service or lack of service. They were friendly though.

The checkout was actually good and fast. The problem was nobody helped me when I first walked in. I stood up front for a few MINUTES not seconds before someone in the shop came in to help me, I was getting real close to walking out because there was a manager in the front office saw me then got on the phone and he never said a word to me. I also saw a lady pickup her suv and bring it back. Another lady had her car towed in and nobody had even brought it in the shop before I left. Another lady came in and waited at the front counter probably 10 minutes before anyone helped her. My service was good I was helped but didn't like how the other customers was being treated. I will go back but if I ever get service like these ladies did I wont go back.
